Registration & My Account

How do I create an account?

To register for an account, click on the “Register” button on the top right corner of the website. Complete the registration form in its entirety. Please have your Sales Tax ID/EIN ready, as this is required for registration. Once your registration form has been submitted, please allow 2-3 business days for verification and next steps.

Who is permitted to open an account?

Because this program is business-to-business (B2B) and we are not selling products directly to consumers, we limit account registration to registered businesses with a valid Sales Tax ID/EIN. Also, Naturich requires a Sales Tax Exemption form from its clients if their business, salon, spa etc. operates in Texas. Naturich does NOT need a resale certificate if the client’s business is NOT in Texas. This will be collected during client on-boarding by your project manager.

What happens if my registration request gets denied?

Unfortunately your registration details were either incomplete, unverified or inaccurate. If your request gets denied and you would like to find out why, please email privatelabel@naturich.com for more information.

If I’ve forgotten my password, how can I reset?
On the Login page, click the “Forgot Password?” link to reset your password.


Do you have sample kits for purchase?

No, we do not offer sample kits, but instead we offer up to 12 units of full size retail samples per product. Cost of samples are 50% of wholesale price. We offer full retail sizes to encourage product testing. Please note that samples are not custom branded and come in standard packaging.

Where do I purchase samples?

You can purchase samples online using this website! Once you have a registered account and are logged in, you will be able to purchase samples from each product page. Please note that you can only order up to 12 units per sample.

What are sample order lead times?

Sample orders ship approximately 1 to 2 business days after payment is received. Once shipped from Naturich, your delivery date will be dependent upon the shipping method selected during checkout. 

What happens after I order and receive my samples?

Test and play with the product! Use product and collect feedback and questions you have, as a project manager will follow up 2 weeks after you’ve received samples. We greatly value your feedback because it helps us develop our product innovation pipeline and make critical formulation updates when necessary.


Do you require a minimum purchase order for Private Label?

Yes, there is a $250 minimum order.

I’ve ordered samples and I’m ready to work on my full order. How do I proceed forward?

All clients are paired with a project manager that will be your guide through Naturich’s Private Label process. Your project manager will be in touch to work out the details of your project, process order payment, manage timelines, and coordinate efforts within Naturich. At this time, we are not able to process and checkout full orders on the website.

What are full order lead times?

Initial orders ship approximately 4 to 6 weeks from artwork completion, given payment has been received. Artwork completion entails Naturich having received your full wrap labels or in the case of our in-house screen printing, all materials are ordered and die lines are finalized.

What are reorder lead times?

Screen print reorders ship within 2 to 3 weeks after full payment is received. Label reorders ship within 2 to 3 weeks after full payment is received. This is contingent upon no artwork changes and labels being in-house at Naturich.

Can I return private label products?

All products are non-refundable unless damaged upon delivery. If a product is damaged, clients have up to 7 business days from delivery to submit written and photo proof of the damage to their project manager. 

Can I cancel an order after it’s been placed?

Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun. We collect 50% of the total order upon issuance of the purchase order (PO), which is nonrefundable. If details of your order must be changed or altered, please work with your project manager. 

Can I add to an order that I’ve already placed?

For sample orders, you will have to place a new order for any additional samples needed. For full orders, please work with your project manager to adjust your existing purchase order. We are more than happy to accommodate any additions to your order, within reason.  

Formulations & Products

Can I make any changes to the Private Label formulas?

Yes, limited formula customization options are available for Tier 4 - 6 projects. Refer to the MOQ Tiers section under the “How It Works” page to learn more.

What benefits do the ingredients in your Private Label Products provide?

Our products contain top selected ingredients that are natural beauty based. This includes quality levels of organic materials. plant-based proteins, natural emollients and aromatic essential oils. The overall performance of our Private Label  products is attributed to many factors such as low toxicity, rinsing ability, delivery systems, spread-ability, left-over residue from usage, and many more. What is the shelf life for Private Label Products once it has been opened?

12 months

What is the shelf life for private label products unopened?

2 years minimum

Do you test your products on animals?

Absolutely not! We do not test any of our products on animals.

Are there any synthetic ingredients in your products?

Yes, but very minimally and wherever it is necessary to use to ensure product performance. For example, a few non-formaldehyde donor preservatives are used sparingly to extend product shelf life. Although most of our ingredients are natural, we do not make "All Natural" claims on our products.

Are all of your products sulfate-free?

Most of our products are sulfate-free. However, due to customer requests, we have a selection of shampoos called the Classic line that have sulfates included for those that prefer high performance properties of sulfates in their product. Sulfates are what make shampoos turn into a thick lather.  The most common are Sodium Lauryl Sulfate (SLS) and Sodium Laureth Sulfate (SLES).  We have paired each Classic line shampoo with a conditioner that matches in fragrance for those looking for a cohesive pairing. 

Are all of your products paraben-free?

 Yes! All of our products are paraben-free. Parabens are the most widely used preservatives in personal care products and are considered toxic. Our products use different preservatives that are non-toxic.

Are your products all natural?

Although most of our ingredients are made from naturally derived ingredients, we do not make “All Natural” claims on our products.

Are your products organic?

Our Private Label products contain particular organic ingredients, but they are not certified organic.

What free-of claims do you make on your products?

We are proud to claim the following free-ofs for most of our products: Sulfate Free, SLS Free, Paraben Free, No Synthetic Colors, No Mineral Oil, Gluten Free, Cruelty Free, Vegan Product. Visit each product page to learn specific free-ofs for each individual product. 

What stock formulas do you have? Can I customize my own formula?

Naturich Labs carries a full line of stock formulas for hair care. We are constantly formulating and working to add new products and categories to the assortment.  However, we know that many of our clients would like the products they carry to reflect them.  Therefore, we offer limited customization options that are as unique as you are and dependent on MOQ tiers 4-6 depending on your MOQ tier. Full formula customization falls under the Contract Manufacturing program and has a starting MOQ of 5000 units per product. 

Packaging & Artwork

What are my packaging options?

Naturich Labs offers a selection of packaging options for the Private Label program, ranging in sizes as small as 35mL to as large as gallon depending on the product. Our packaging selection includes jars, tubes, bottles and jugs for both retail and back bar options. In addition, bulk purchasing is available for most products. We also accept client-provided packaging for Tiers 5 and 6 projects. Packaging options available to you are dependent on the product as well as on the MOQ tier your project falls in. Reference the MOQ Tiers grid for more information.

How many bottle and cap styles and colors do you offer?

This is dependent on the product, as we have different options for different product sizes. But most commonly, we have 5 bottle options for 8 oz products. We have a limited number of cap styles and colors, but we are confident that our current offerings pair well with the available bottle options. Reference the How It Works page to learn more.

Do you offer back bar sizes?

Most products are available in back bar sizes of 32 oz. and 128 oz. However, some items are best offered in retail sizes due to usage and/or packaging constraints and are not offered in back bar sizes (e.g. Dry Shampoo Powder).

Do you sell product in bulk?

Absolutely! If you are interested in bulk product, we can accommodate that for almost all items in the assortment. There are some products that require in-house filling and packaging for performance that are not suited well for bulk orders (e.g. Dry Shampoo Powder). We offer bulk sizes in unit gallons, 5 gallon pails and 55 gallon drums.

What are my options for decorating my container?

Naturich Labs has the capability to create spot labels as well as silk screen your containers in up to 2 colors in-house.  Our stock formulas come pre-printed with product description and ingredients with space on the front for a personalized label with your logo.  Or you may choose to label your containers with your own uniquely designed front and back or full wrap labels, which we will apply to your bottles for no additional charge. Artwork options available to you are dependent on the MOQ tier your project falls in. Reference the MOQ Tiers grid for more information.

I don’t have a logo. Can you make one for me?

Unfortunately at this time, we are unable to create a logo for you. However, we are happy to refer you to a graphic designer that may be able to help you.

What is your spot-labeling process?

You will send your project manager a high-resolution image of your logo (file format preferred: EPS, AI, PDF with layers and high resolution JPEG images for proofing on). Naturich will then create the spot label in-house for your order. We will ship the spot label with your order for you to apply on your own. Unfortunately due to the volume of orders, we are unable to apply spot labels in-house.

What is your wrap-labeling process?

At this time Naturich does not create wrap labels in-house, therefore you will have to work with a third party label manufacturer to produce the label and ship to Naturich. We are happy to suggest a list of manufacturers if you don’t have a partner. Naturich will provide key specifications to you to ensure label dimensions and material used work with the product containers. Once Naturich receives the labels, we will apply the wrap labels on your product for no additional charge.

What is your screen printing process?

Once you’ve selected product(s), your project manager will provide you with artwork guidelines to finalize die lines. Die lines are blueprints that show artwork contents, content placement and dimensions. Naturich will provide product-specific die lines and you are to work with your designer to add your logo and other project-specific details (edits are limited to your MOQ Tier). Send back to our team and we will review to ensure accuracy and compliance. Once both parties have approved the final die lines, your project will go to the printer and then be filled. Please note that after 3 rounds of proofs, there is a $50 charge for each additional edit.


Are there certain label requirements?
Yes! There are strict FDA label guidelines that all products must follow. All packaging/labels must include fill quantity, product directions, caution statement, and distribution information (company/personal name, city, state and zip code, email/website/phone number).
Are there certain claims I cannot make on my products?
Yes, and this is strictly monitored by the FDA to ensure non-applicable claims are not made on products. Our compliance experts will ensure all claims made are compliant with FDA regulation and are accurate for each product. For any questions, please work with your project manager.
Do you offer product liability insurance?
Yes! We are happy to provide free product liability insurance upon shipment of your order. Work with your project manager to get more information.

Logistics & Shipping

What are the shipping options/methods to the consumer?

Naturich does not offer distribution services. We do not ship to consumers, as this program is only B2B (business to business). We leave it up to you to sell and ship products to your end consumer.

How much do you charge for shipping?

All orders will be charged for shipping at actual rates using Naturich's negotiated rates. Shipping costs are based upon size and weight. A small order will generally go via FedEx Ground. A large order is generally shipped on a pallet via a trucking company. Shipping charges apply and are billed separately. At this time, the use of a customer's shipping account is not possible.

I’m in a rush and need my order faster than Ground shipping, can I expedite my order?
Yes you may but additional charges will apply.
What happens if my shipment is refused and returned to Naturich?

Please contact your project manager right away to rearrange shipping. Please note that the client is responsible for additional shipping charges to re-ship product.


Where can I find product pricing on the website?

Product pricing is proprietary and only available to registered account holders. Please register for an account and once approved, product pricing is visible on each product page.

What are payment terms for a full order?

For the initial order, a 50% deposit is required from the client upon selection of product and quantities as listed on the issued purchase order (PO). All deposits are non-refundable. Remaining balance must be paid in full once the order is ready to ship.

What additional fees are associated with an order?

Certain formula customization efforts require additional testing and processing, which will incur additional fees. Also, If you select a Euro bottle as your packaging option or opt to provide your own packaging (only available to select Tiers), this will also incur additional fees for processing. Finally, if you select screen printing as your decoration option, fees for setup and processing your printing job will be incurred. Please work with your project manager to learn more about what fees may apply to your project.

What forms of payment do you accept?

For sample orders online, we accept credit cards, debit cards and PayPal. For full orders, we accept credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers. We do not accept cash on delivery (COD).

Do you collect a convenience fee for orders paid by credit card?

Yes, we collect a 3% convenience fee on all orders paid by credit card and debit card.

Do you offer any incentives or volume discounts?

We are pleased to offer a 5% discount on orders between $5,000 - $9,999 and a 10% discount on orders that are $10,000 and over. Volume discounts are not applicable to sample orders, back bar or bulk orders.

What retail prices should I set for my product?

That is entirely dependent upon your margin goals, end consumer spending power, and the competitive market. We recommend that you scan the market to understand where competitors and like-products are priced to determine where your products could fall. Please remember that Naturich products are naturally-derived and very clean, which means your products may be at a premium compared to other products in the market.
